Not everyone gets sarcasm.
and honestly… that’s fine.
Our humour comes from everyday life.
Work. Friends. Awkward moments. That one comment you wanted to say but didn’t. The situations you look at and think, “there’s no way.” It’s real, it’s familiar, and most of the time it’s funny because it’s true. At Sarcasstic, we take these everyday moments and turn them into funny, sarcastic t-shirts and graphic apparel that people actually relate to.And that idea didn’t come from nowhere...
How Sarcasstic Started.
I once wore a t-shirt with the words “Boobman” on it.
As a woman… that can be a bit confusing.
People laughed. Stared. Asked where I got it.
For the whole day, it turned into conversations I wasn’t even trying to start.
Not because it was loud, but because it was relatable.
That’s when it clicked.
People connect with what feels real.
Simple. Powerful. Full circle.
The Way We See It
We don’t try to be overly clever or complicated. If it makes sense, feels relatable, and gets a reaction, it works. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s obvious. Either way, it connects.
Bringing It to Life
We take those moments, thoughts, and conversations and turn them into something you can wear. As Simple as that.
Sarcasstic is a Cape Town-based clothing brand,
Inspired by the kind of humour you hear in everyday South African conversations. Our designs are shaped by how we speak, how we joke, and how we deal with things, with a bit of humour even when things don’t make sense. We bring the vibes through funny t-shirts and graphic tees in South Africa for people who appreciate humour that feels real.
Where We’re Headed
Sarcasstic isn’t about perfection
because South Africa isn’t either (ask Cupcake).
It’s about honesty, humour, and those sarcastic thoughts you don’t always say out loud. As more people wear the brand, it becomes more than just t-shirts. It becomes a way people connect. A shared sense of humour. A quiet understanding between strangers. As the community grows, so does what we can build around it. More opportunities. More creatives. More people bringing their ideas to life. Because there’s too much talent in South Africa to be sitting on the sidelines. This isn’t just about growing Sarcasstic. It’s about building something people feel part of.
THE CREATIVE ONE.
Meet Chadwin Dodo, the one cracking the jokes, making comments, and somehow turning strangers into friends in five minutes.
He’s naturally funny, super sociable, and always picking up on the little things people say and turning them into something worth laughing about. That’s what feeds into Sarcasstic. Real moments, real humour, and things people actually relate to.
Outside of that, you’ll probably find him listening to music, drawing, or gaming. The creativity doesn’t switch off, it just shows up differently.
He knows exactly what he’s doing. His digital design skills are out of this world. He’s been an artist since primary school days — back when teachers were saying, “put that away, drawing is not allowed in this class.”
Well… look now.
Now he’s drawing on t-shirts.
The Blonde One.
Meet Sister Betina.
The one who saw the moment and thought, “this actually makes sense… let’s build it.”
She’s always paying attention. How people react, what they say, what they don’t say, and the small things that just stick. That’s where Sarcasstic started. Not from a big plan, just from a real moment that made sense.
She’s a bit of a giggler, definitely an analyser, and someone who likes structure… but still keeps things fun and real. Not saying she’s the brain or anything, but she knows when something works.
And she has a lot of faith. Like… a lot.
The kind that keeps you going when things don’t make sense yet.
A little bit blonde, a little bit chaotic, but always real 😭
For her, it’s not just about making t-shirts. It’s about building something people can actually see themselves in. Something that grows. Something that feels like them.
